Purpose and use
This service provides educational sessions designed to help you better understand an existing radiology report and, when applicable, the general anatomy shown on the related imaging study. By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Core terms
Educational use only
The service doesn't provide a second opinion, a new interpretation of the scan, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment recommendations, follow-up recommendations, or urgent medical guidance.
No physician–patient relationship
No physician–patient or treatment relationship is created by using the website, submitting materials, booking a session, participating in a session, or receiving a summary.
Not for emergencies
This service isn't designed for urgent medical concerns, emergencies, or time-sensitive clinical decisions. If the issue is urgent, contact your treating clinician, urgent care, or emergency services.
Eligibility and fit
Cases may be declined, held, downgraded, rescheduled, or terminated if they don't fit the service model. The service reserves the right to decline or end a session that falls outside the educational-only scope.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, submit only materials you're authorized to share, and don't use the service for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency advice.
Workflow and operational terms
Different session formats require different materials. Cases are reviewed before payment and scheduling. A case isn't finally scheduled until materials are reviewed, the case is approved, payment is completed, and the booking is confirmed.
The provider may stop, reschedule, or terminate a session if the session falls outside the educational-only scope, the user repeatedly seeks diagnosis or treatment advice, identity or location can't be confirmed, a potentially urgent concern requires escalation, technical issues make the session unworkable, or the case otherwise no longer fits the service model.

Post-session summaries are educational only. Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Notice.
The website and service are provided on an as-available basis. The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the website, workflow, session formats, or policies at any time.
