Four promises behind every booking.

Paying for time with a radiologist is a real ask. Here is exactly what you can count on — before you pay, before your session, after your session, and if something doesn't land the way it should.

Why these are written down

These promises aren't marketing language. They're the actual operating rules I run this service by, written down so you can hold me to them.

Before you pay

You don't pay until I personally accept your case.

Every request is reviewed by me before any payment is requested. I look at the report and the format you've selected and decide whether the case is a good fit for what this service can actually do.

If your case isn't a fit — whether it falls outside the educational scope, calls for urgent clinical attention, or simply isn't something I can helpfully add to — I'll let you know directly, and you won't be charged. The fit review is part of how I keep this service from wasting your time or your money.

Before your session

Reschedule any time before your session — no questions, no fees, no caps.

Life happens. If you need to move your session for any reason, send a note before your scheduled time and I'll find a new slot that works. There are no rescheduling fees and no limits on how many times you can reschedule.

If a case is being repeatedly rescheduled in a way that suggests it isn't going to happen, I reserve the right to end the engagement.

If you cancel

Refund requests reviewed personally within 3–5 business days.

If you cancel before your session is completed — or if I need to cancel for any reason — send me a note. I review every refund request personally and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Cancellations made in good faith are refunded in full.

There's no form to fill out and no support queue to wait in. You write to me, and I respond.

After your session

If your session didn't deliver, write to me within 7 days.

Even with the best preparation, sometimes a session doesn't land the way it should. Maybe a question went unanswered, the explanation didn't connect, or you walked away feeling like you didn't get what you came for.

If that happens, send me a note within 7 days of your session. I'll personally review what happened and respond within 3 to 5 business days — typically with a no-charge follow-up walkthrough, a refund, or whatever combination makes sense for the situation. There is no form and no committee.
